Dessert Island Dish of the Day

Cote de boeuf at the restaurant at Engalin http://www.engalin.fr/ in South West France. The best steak I have ever had.  Juicy, tender, full of flavour, on the bone...God it was good. I remembered it tonight and I want one now! Marwan (Badran) sure knows what he's doing. He's an inspiration.

It's 4.56 am and I've been up all night working on images and my films......Bed now
